Web18M My floaters definitely move side to side when looking around.. Most are stringlike but I do have a couple of circles that are not filled in. One is near the center of my vision and it will move around top/LR/bottom depending on where I looked last. I do notice movement with all of mine though. Inside, if you're working at a computer, it's a little bit more tricky. You can get displays that cover the computer screen that kind of filter it a little bit, use a little bit less contrast in your screen.
